Dieting! Dieting!
It’s just a bore
I fail and fail, and fail some more
Limited portions and watching fat
Counting calories and things like
that
And all I ever really do
Is seem to gain a pound or two
Being free is much more fun
Losing weight when the week is done
Eating in or eating out
Low carb for me without a doubt!
A few pounds here and a few pounds
there
I can sit in a booth, not just a
chair!
Though I still have a lot to lose
I’m feeling better and hopeful, too!
No matter
what your dietary needs and limitations are, I know God has a plan for your
health and your success! When I remember
the years I spent eating sweets, breads and pasta, and french fries, no one
could have ever convinced me that I’d ever be willingly and gladly…and EASILY…doing
without those things! Yet here I am, so
very happy that I do not have to deal with that constant craving to eat. It’s really gone! Two months now, absolutely no desire to binge!
And I’m losing 2-3 pounds per
week. I’m very grateful.
I love your poem!! So happy it is working for you and you are seeing great results!

Eat a balanced diet, low in fat and sugars. Since diabetes involves an impairment in the body's ability to either produce or utilize insulin to convert sugars into energy, it's important to restrict the amount of glucose and starches consumed. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteAccess to health care varies across countries, groups and individuals, largely influenced by social and economic conditions as well as the health policies in place. Countries and jurisdictions have different policies and plans in relation to the personal and population based health care goals within their societies. Thanks.
